1. Eligibility
This program is open to current JobGrid customers with an active, paid account in good standing. It is not open to Affiliates enrolled under the JobGrid Affiliate Agreement, or to non customers.
2. Reward
A referring customer receives a one time cash reward equal to 25% of the first payment JobGrid actually receives from the referred client, after any discounts and excluding taxes. If the referred client's first payment is for an annual plan, the reward is 25% of that annual payment. This is a single, non recurring payment, unlike the Affiliate Program's 12 month commission structure. A client is treated as referred only if the referring customer's unique referral code is entered at the time of purchase.
3. Referred Client Discount
A referred client on a monthly plan receives 25% off its first month. A referred client on an annual plan receives a fixed amount off its first annual invoice equal to 25% of one month's price: $37.25 for Starter, $74.75 for Growth, or $124.75 for Pro. Only one promotional or referral code may be applied per account.
4. Required Information and Acceptance
Before receiving any reward, the referring customer must complete and submit the information requested through the JobGrid portal, including a completed IRS Form W9. No reward will be paid until this is on file. By submitting this information and clicking to accept, the referring customer agrees to these Terms.
5. Payment
The reward becomes payable 30 days after JobGrid receives the referred client's first payment, but only if that payment has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, and has not failed, during those 30 days. JobGrid will pay the reward by check or Zelle.
6. Clawback
If the referred client's first payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back after the reward has been paid, the reward will be deducted from any future rewards owed to the referring customer or, if none are due, invoiced back to the referring customer, who will repay it within 30 days of the invoice.
7. No Self Referral
A customer may not refer themselves, a business they own or control, or any account in which they hold a financial interest.
8. Disclosure to the Referred Person
When making a referral, the referring customer must let the person they are referring know that they may receive a reward for the referral.
9. Tax Reporting
JobGrid will issue an IRS Form 1099 to a referring customer when required by law.
10. Program Changes
JobGrid may modify or end this program at any time. Rewards already earned for referrals made before a change will still be paid under the terms in effect at the time of that referral.
11. General Provisions
Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
Assignment. The referring customer may not assign any right to a reward under this program without JobGrid's consent.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Notice. JobGrid may provide notice to the referring customer via the email associated with their account. The referring customer may provide notice to JobGrid at support@jobgrid.app.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This program is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
